Scope

This policy explains how 2HR Technologies handles personal information collected through this website. Job offers listed here link to the platform that published them (for example Canada Motor Jobs); those platforms apply their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

• Approximate location: your IP address is used to estimate your country and region so that we can suggest the right job platform and nearby offers. The result is cached for 24 hours and is not used to identify you.
• Technical data: like any website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This data is used to operate and secure the site.
• Preferences: your language, display theme and job platform choice are stored in cookies (see the cookie policy).

What we do not do

This website does not use audience measurement tools, targeted advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Your information is only shared with the service providers needed to run the site (hosting and IP geolocation), and only for the purposes described above.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Person in charge of personal information

Under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, the person with the highest authority at 2HR Technologies acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information, unless this function is delegated. Contact:
