Assistant Service Manager

Rive Sud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the operations of our after-sales service while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Service Manager in the daily management of departmental operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Training and mentoring the technical staff to ensure high-level service and continuous skill development.
• Analyzing performance indicators and implementing continuous improvement strategies to increase team efficiency and productivity.
• Working closely with the sales and parts departments to ensure optimal synergy and meet customer needs.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within an automotive service environment.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and leadership.
• Knowledge of systems and processes related to the automotive industry.
