At MM360 - Centre Beaumont Pneus et Mécanique, located in Montreal, Quebec, we are seeking a motivated and diligent Mechanical / Technician (Apprentice) to join our team. Job Description

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in light and utility vehicles.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Participate in technical inspections and ensure the quality control of services provided.
  • Use modern diagnostic tools and workshop programs.
  • Collaborate with technical advisors and other technicians to optimize times and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow safety procedures and environmental requirements (Clé Verte).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Supervise work orders and document interventions carefully.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment and the use of advanced equipment.
  • Apply best practices in customer service and communicate technical recommendations clearly.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; position open to mechanic/technician apprentices willing to advance.
  • Technical training in automotive mechanics or apprentice status with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Knowledge of propulsion systems, brakes, suspension, and automotive electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and technical instructions.
  • Team spirit, rigor, organization skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in French; English is an advantage.
