Job Description: Appointment Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Brossard Hyundai. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in their experience with our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for appointment scheduling, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard.
  • Organize and schedule customer appointments for maintenance and repair services, optimizing the technicians' schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing accurate information about the services offered.
  • Collaborate closely with the after-sales service team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Follow up and check in with customers to ensure their satisfaction after services are completed.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and increasing customer retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and ability to adapt to new software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a particular attention to detail.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a valuable asset.
