Service Advisor

We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!

Job Description

• Open work orders;

• Close work orders;

• Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;

• Take calls and schedule appointments;

• Follow up on ordered parts;

• Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans;

• Make requests related to extended warranty;

• Manage multiple computer platforms;

** Candidates with experience in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. **

Job requirements:

• Experience in the automotive field (any position);
• Bilingual in French and English (an asset);
• Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).

We offer a permanent position with a schedule of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.

Salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
