Land Rover Brossard, which is part of the Park Avenue Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Brossard, Quebec. Our mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience and uphold the high standards associated with the Land Rover brand.

Job Description

  • Welcome and advise customers during the setup, presentation, and demonstration of the Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery models.
  • Identify customers' needs, suggest tailored solutions, and conduct convincing demonstrations and test drives.
  • Manage the entire sales process from A to Z, from first contact to signing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for the customer.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with finance and service teams to offer suitable financing options and protection plans.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up and build customer loyalty through proactive and personalized service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Use CRM tools and internal processes to optimize prospect and opportunity management.
  • Actively participate in events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to develop the customer portfolio.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to listen, negotiate, and make presentations.
  • Proficiency in French and English is desirable; excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
