Tesla Vancouver - West 4th Ave is seeking an experienced Mechanic/Technician to strengthen our shop in Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair failures on electric vehicles and related systems, in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and functional tests using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Work on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, including drivetrain components and batteries, to ensure durable and reliable repairs.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure rapid customer feedback and high satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interventions and ensure traceability of work in internal management systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of workshop processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality procedures and applicable regulations.

Profil recherché

  • Diploma or equivalent training in automotive mechanics, electrical maintenance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (ideally in automotive or electrical systems).
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods.
  • Good knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems, including traction equipment and batteries (a plus).
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating teamwork, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant professional certifications and/or safety training, depending on local requirements.
