Financial Services Manager

Vimont Toyota Laval is in full expansion and is looking for a Director of Financial Services to join our team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Financial Services, you will have the opportunity to work within a committed team in a high-volume dealership, with over 1,500 new vehicles sold per year.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers after purchasing their vehicle, ensuring they have an exceptional experience;
• Support and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the closing of transactions;
• Prepare and submit credit applications to obtain the best possible approvals;
• Develop tailored insurance product proposals to meet customer needs, ensuring optimal protection;
• Coordinate the preparation of vehicles with the service department;
• Perform any other related tasks that may contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of specific experience in automotive financing, demonstrating recognized expertise;
• Proficiency in French and English at an advanced level to ensure smooth communication with clients;
• A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
