Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring planning, logistics, and deadlines are met.
- Ensure the signing of documents related to sales and transfer of ownership.
- Explain in detail the functions, features, and operation of the vehicle to the customer during delivery, and answer their questions.
- Ensure all delivery-related items (keys, manuals, accessories, documents) are complete and handed over to the customer.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and financing teams to guarantee a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Profile
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to simplify technical information and adapt the speech to the customer.
- Organized, rigorous, and effective time management.
- Proficient with computer tools and management systems (CRM).
- 0 years of experience required; beginners accepted.
- Valid driver's license.
