Mechanic / Technician

Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi, a trusted Mitsubishi dealership in Montreal, is looking for an experienced Automobile Mechanic/Technician to strengthen our after-sales team. Job Description You will ensure diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of new and used Mitsubishi vehicles (and other brands under supervision) with rigor and quality attention. You will work in collaboration with the parts team and customer service to guarantee quick interventions and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems of vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Work on hybrid vehicles and advanced systems, following safety procedures and quality standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and software, interpret results, and propose effective solutions.
• Write clear intervention reports and document the work performed.
• Communicate with clients regarding repairs and timelines, remaining attentive to their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station in accordance with safety rules.
• Actively participate in training and continuous improvement of technical skills.

Profile Sought

• Relevant diploma in automotive mechanics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics (required).
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex systems; knowledge of Mitsubishi vehicles and hybrid systems is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and team skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software, and ability to work with manufacturer parts and technical documentation.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
• Valid driver’s license.
