As the Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to our vehicle sales. Your role will be essential in ensuring an exceptional customer service experience and maximizing the profitability of our financing department. You will be in charge of developing effective strategies to optimize our financial processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all financial activities related to vehicle sales, including financing and insurance options.
  • Build trusting relationships with our customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all aspects of the financing process run smoothly.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to improve performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Train and support the sales team regarding financing and insurance products.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and financial service regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while providing exceptional customer service.
