Do you have experience in customer follow-up, BDC, sales secretary, receptionist, or other roles?

Prêt Auto Partez is looking for a motivated, professional person who is comfortable with customers to join its team in Mirabel. No prior experience in auto financing is required: comprehensive training will be provided.

Your role

You will assist clients through the various stages related to financing their vehicle and presenting available protection products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

🔹 Welcoming clients and understanding their needs 🔹 Presenting different auto financing options 🔹 Explaining insurance, protection, and warranty products 🔹 Preparing and submitting credit applications 🔹 Following up with clients and financial institutions 🔹 Preparing the necessary documents to finalize files 🔹 Providing a professional, transparent, and reassuring experience 🔹 Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes

The profile we're looking for

✔ You enjoy working with the public and providing excellent service ✔ You are comfortable communicating and explaining information clearly ✔ You are organized, thorough, and detail-oriented ✔ You are motivated to learn and develop new skills ✔ You are comfortable with computer tools ✔ You are fluent in French, both spoken and written

Experience in customer service, sales, administration, or the automotive sector is an asset but not mandatory.
