Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and understand their needs in order to propose suitable solutions.
- Present vehicles and options, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and contextualize the benefits for the customer.
- Develop commercial offers, negotiate transparently, and follow up on files until delivery.
- Collaborate with the financing and after-sales departments to guarantee a smooth and comprehensive customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while respecting quality and service standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and market trends, and actively participate in competitive intelligence.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector or within a dealership showroom.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; service-oriented mindset and active listening skills.
- Good command of French; English is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license considered an asset.
