Job Information

• Job Type: Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor
• Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (automotive parts sales, after-sales service, or specialized shop)
• Location: primarily support activities in the workshop
• Team: collaborative work with the workshop and customer service

Responsibilities

• Follow up on workshop repairs and suggest appropriate parts and accessories
• Perform quick and accurate searches in the parts management system
• Prepare, package, and track orders for the store and workshop
• Maintain parts inventory, ensure reordering, and participate in stock counts
• Advise on warranties, handle returns, and apply procedures related to parts
• Work closely with the team to optimize customer satisfaction and service deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, with the ability to quickly identify references
• Fluency in French; English considered an asset
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Team spirit, sense of urgency, and excellent communication
• Adaptability and autonomy, with a professional attitude
