Your role
- Welcome customers and quickly understand their needs and preferences.
- Present vehicles, options, and configurations, perform demonstrations, and develop tailored proposals.
- Guide the customer from the first contact to the closing of the sale and vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience.
- Negotiate offers, prepare documents, and follow up after the sale to promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the financing and service teams to optimize solutions and the customer journey.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and contribute to the overall performance of the dealership.
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and initiative, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Organization, time management, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in French; functional English is a plus.
