Desjardins Ford Saint-Laurent, a Ford dealership easily accessible on Marcel-Laurin Boulevard north of Montreal, is seeking a Sales Advisor to strengthen its high-performing team.

Your role

  • Welcome customers and quickly understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present vehicles, options, and configurations, perform demonstrations, and develop tailored proposals.
  • Guide the customer from the first contact to the closing of the sale and vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare documents, and follow up after the sale to promote customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the financing and service teams to optimize solutions and the customer journey.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and contribute to the overall performance of the dealership.

Profile sought

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Team spirit and initiative, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Organization, time management, and results-oriented.
  • Fluency in French; functional English is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
