Body-Shop Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Body Shop Manager to join our growing company in the automotive sector. This key role involves overseeing all body shop operations, ensuring high-quality service while meeting deadlines and budgets.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Manage body shop files in the dealership;
• Carry out necessary follow-ups regarding the work described on the repair order, efficiently and accurately, according to dealership and manufacturer standards;
• Serve as the liaison with insurance companies;
• Follow up to ensure the satisfaction of each customer;
• Collaborate with various departments and subcontractors to establish effective communication;
• Participate in manufacturer training programs;
• Perform any other administrative tasks related to the body shop department.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive body shop sector.
• In-depth knowledge of repair techniques and automotive painting processes.
• Team management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer tools, including production management software.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
