Mechanic / Technician

As a Mechanic / Technician at NAPA AUTOPRO - Pneus Et Mécanique Normand, you will join a team whose technicians have nearly a hundred years of combined experience and benefit from the solid NAPA AUTOPRO and NAPA AutoCare networks, present in over 13,000 workshops across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (American, Japanese, German) and recreational vehicles, ensuring safety and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and inspections required to ensure vehicles operate properly.
• Replace defective parts, make adjustments, and conduct necessary functional tests.
• Advise customers on upcoming maintenance and propose suitable technical solutions, prioritizing transparency and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of interventions.
• Use modern tools and technologies and actively participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Ability to quickly diagnose breakdowns and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Adaptability to a wide range of brands and technologies; willingness to learn and train.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be autonomous in performing tasks.
• Relevant certifications considered an asset.
