Accounting Technician

Are you an expert in numbers with excellent interpersonal skills? Excel Honda is looking for a meticulous and dynamic Accounting Technician to join our team. This role is at the heart of our operations, bridging accounting and various departments to ensure smooth financial flow.

Your daily mission

• Manage deposit processes and inter-company billing.
• Ensure the management of receivables and payables according to the "3-way match" method.
• Handle sales accounting (calculations and data entry).
• Actively participate in month-end procedures.
• Work closely with managers from other departments to maintain effective and pleasant communication.

Profile sought

• Proven experience with Keyloop (SDS Serti) systems and managing high volumes.
• Experience with Honda (E-Biz) and Yooz (a major asset, or demonstrated quick learning ability).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its use through formulas and macros.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of tax application, debits/credits, and impacts on the general ledger.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication (advanced level of French and English).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• A genuine desire to integrate, learn, and grow within our group.
