Service Advisor

At Joliette Ford Lincoln, we are looking for a passionate and determined Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction while providing exceptional after-sales service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing technical issues encountered by vehicles and providing appropriate solutions.
• Proactively following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Closely collaborating with our team of technicians to optimize repair time and service quality.
• Preparing accurate and detailed estimates for necessary repairs, clearly explaining the work to be done to customers in an understandable manner.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Ford Lincoln products and automotive market trends to better advise customers.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service advisor or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
• Strong technical skills, coupled with a passion for automobiles.
• A team spirit and a willingness to learn and improve.
