Damage Estimator

Job Description Europa Carrxpert Certified Collision Center is currently looking for a Junior Estimator/Estimator in Auto Damage. If you enjoy challenges and want to be part of the largest and most modern body shop in Quebec, come see us.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damages following an incident and produce accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Clearly communicate estimates and recommended repairs to clients and insurers.
• Coordinate and monitor repairs.
• Take clear and precise photos that clearly demonstrate the extent of the damages.
• Order parts.
• Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure quick and quality service.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (auto damage estimation).
• Excellent communication skills in French/English and customer service.
• rigor, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• General knowledge of insurance and vehicle claim processes.
• Familiarity with Audatex, Mitchell, and Progi software.
• Experience with imaging is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
