Commercial Director - F&I

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Director - F&I to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers in their financing and insurance decisions while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. Main responsibilities:

• Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
• Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Propose and explain warranty extensions, insurance products, and other value-added services.
• Handle all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role in the F&I field (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to customers.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
