Parts Clerk

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and our team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers on necessary products and parts.
• Manage the parts inventory, including receiving, organizing, and inventorying.
• Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
• Collaborate with service teams and the workshop to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Very good knowledge of parts and sales processes.
• Bilingual

Schedule:

• Varied hours from Monday to Friday.
• 40 hours/week and 45 hours/week during the season.
