Detailer / Car Washer

Audi Trois-Rivières, a prestige dealership located in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, representing a brand where customer service is a priority, offers a young and dynamic environment. We are seeking an Esthetic/Washer Attendant to join our team and help maintain the impeccable image of our vehicles and service.

Job Description We offer a versatile position focused on cleaning, aesthetics, and presentation of vehicles for sale and delivery. The candidate will contribute to providing a high-quality experience for our customers and support team objectives regarding image and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior washing of vehicles carefully and efficiently.
• Carry out interior detailing (vacuuming, surface cleaning, carpets, seats, dashboard) and ensure vehicles are presented perfectly.
• Ensure aesthetic reconditioning for deliveries and displays in accordance with Audi standards.
• Keep work areas clean and tools organized; manage cleaning and detailing supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, quality instructions, and collaborate with Sales and Service teams.

Desired Profile

• 1 year of experience in a similar role (esthetic attendant, washer, or automotive detailing) required. Significant experience in polishing.
• Strong attention to detail, high standards for quality, and professional presentation.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining the company's high standards.
• Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks and work standing for long periods.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
