• You’re the workstation pro! You’ll install, configure, and update systems with style and efficiency.

• Our teams need you! You’ll provide amazing support to network users and brighten their day.
• Are you a software expert? You’ll have the power to support and master dealership software like no one else!
• User profile creation is second nature to you? We don’t just create users—we build profiles.
• Are you passionate about security? You’ll be the guardian of our networks, coordinating backup operations and establishing security procedures professionally!

Here’s what you’ll need:
· Diploma in IT Support or equivalent
· 1 year of experience in user support
· A passion for IT
Self-motivated, resourceful, and patient
Teamwork skills
Good knowledge of Office 365
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills
A driver’s license and a car, since we travel often! Familiarity with an automotive dealership environment? Even better!

Salary: $23.00 to $26.00, depending on experience

Work schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Full-time, 40 hours

Main office located in Terrebonne, but travel to Montreal and the South Shore is required.
