Our dealership in St-Jérôme Chevrolet, ranked as the second-best seller in Quebec, is looking for a Fixed Operations Manager. This position replaces the Vice President of Fixed Operations, who will be assigned other responsibilities within our organization. The ideal candidate should have contributed to the success of a strong and reputable dealership and possess a participative management style.

Reporting to the General Manager of the dealership, the selected individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
- With 21 bays in our service workshop, maintain high-quality repair services and reduce return rates.
- Ensure health and safety in the workplace by enforcing relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop strategies to optimize operational processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage warranty claim requests to ensure warranty policies are respected.
- Establish pricing scales for fixed operations and make recommendations to management.
- Identify staffing needs, recruit, and train personnel under their responsibility.
- Hold regular team meetings and ensure the satisfaction of the 35 employees in place.
- Foster a positive environment with the advisory team to maintain harmonious relationships with clients, to build loyalty, and to gather recommendations regarding potential new clients.
- Analyze the performance of fixed operations using key indicators and implement improvements based on results.
- Oversee a customer satisfaction control system.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, according to the dealership’s procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Parts Manager to ensure inventory and budgets are respected.
- Participate in any management meetings necessary for the smooth functioning of the department.
- Be able to work with various software programs and have strong computer skills.
Salary and benefits:
