Based in Mirabel, Groupe Contant Inc. is the number one dealer in Greater Montreal for BRP products: Ski-Doo, Lynx, Can-Am on-road and off-road. We are seeking a passionate Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor enthusiastic about recreational vehicles and customer service to join our dynamic and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable BRP parts and accessories (motorcycles, motocross, ATV, snowmobile, and equipment).
• Advise on the use, installation, and maintenance of parts and accessories, and complete sales in-store.
• Manage parts operations: receiving, organizing, labeling, inventory, and tracking stock levels; place orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with the technical service and parts departments to ensure smooth service and an optimal customer experience.
• Maintain an attractive sales area and ensure consistent presentation of products and promotional displays.
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally and in accordance with internal procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts sales or a similar position (automotive, powersports, or spare parts).
• General knowledge of BRP products and/or the recreational vehicle sector is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and team spirit.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle multiple requests, and resolve problems quickly.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset. Computer skills and experience with parts management or point-of-sale systems are preferred.
