Ford St-Basile, a Ford dealership located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales department and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team in the department, set clear objectives, and monitor performance indicators.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience and optimized conversion rates.
- Train and coach novice salespeople, helping them quickly become autonomous and achieve their goals.
- Sell vehicles personally when necessary, while providing leadership and supervising the team’s sales.
- Excellent knowledge of TOs and effective opportunity management to optimize results.
- Work with EZdeal and Activix for lead management, customer follow-up, and reporting.
- Ensure evening availability and adapt schedules to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal services (service, financing, reception) to maximize customer satisfaction and margins.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or an equivalent role.
- Ability to sell vehicles personally while training and mentoring less experienced salespeople.
- Excellent mastery of TOs.
- Availability to work evenings.
- Methodical, rigorous, results-oriented, and good communicator.
- Ability to work with EZdeal and Activix (or quick demonstration of adaptability).
- Proactive attitude, natural leadership, and strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Ford products and interest in industry innovations.
