Grenier BMW is currently looking for a sales coordinator to join its team on a full-time basis.
We are seeking an organized, responsible, proactive, and committed individual** who wishes to invest long-term in a stable company where a real career can be built.

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Comfort with customer service and interpersonal relations

Main responsibilities:**
• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Produce the Deskit sales report from the previous day
• Download, categorize, and archive invoices in Deskit
• Manage courtesy vehicles
• Follow up on vehicle exchanges
• Oversee the management of the showroom
• Discount and account for sales files
• Prepare and coordinate weekly meetings
• Produce certain administrative reports (F&I and internal follow-ups)
• Manage the Drive and vehicle orders
• Perform RDRs (Reconditioning Data Reports)
• Manage vehicle rentals
• Monitor courtesy vehicle mileage
• Verify export documents
• Participate in the administrative onboarding of new employees
