Journeyman Mechanic

In this role, you diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and skillfully, working closely with our team to meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic tests and repairs on a variety of vehicles, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Document all services performed, maintaining transparency and accuracy in records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining problems and repairs clearly and respectfully.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve your technical skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic/technician in a dealership or service center.
• Dodge experience (an asset).
• Relevant professional certification or equivalent qualification in automotive technology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on automotive technology.
