Financial Services Manager

Joliette Subaru is seeking a passionate and determined Financial Services Director to join our dynamic team. As a key element of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing financial activities and supporting our clients in realizing their vehicle acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve customer financing applications, ensuring they comply with internal policies and lender requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining available financing options and guiding them through the application process.
• Collaborate closely with sales advisors to ensure harmony between financing and vehicle sales, thereby maximizing business opportunities.
• Manage financing contracts, payment follow-ups, and financial audits within established deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial partners to optimize financing offerings and promote innovative solutions for our clients.
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to energize the financial services department.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer tools and skilled at analyzing financial data.
• High sense of ethics and professional integrity.
