Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers on the necessary parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Identify customers' needs by asking relevant questions and proposing suitable solutions.
• Manage orders and inventory of parts, ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Process sales transactions and track orders until delivery.
• Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions related to parts.

Required Qualifications:

• CPA classification A or B
• Minimum of one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar field.
• Knowledge of SETI software is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
