Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on the necessary parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Identify customers' needs by asking relevant questions and proposing suitable solutions.
- Manage orders and inventory of parts, ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Process sales transactions and track orders until delivery.
- Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions related to parts.
Required Qualifications:
- CPA classification A or B
- Minimum of one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar field.
- Knowledge of SETI software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
