Parts counter person

Vimont Tires is looking for a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to assist and respond to customer inquiries regarding mechanical parts and automotive accessories. We are seeking a person who enjoys team work, is diligent, motivated, and prioritizes customer service.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Provide price estimates for mechanical repairs or tire sales
• Handle returns and warranty claims for parts
• Order / search for mechanical parts
• Explain the work to be done to customers
• Answer the phone for appointments and respond to customer questions
• Manage the appointment schedule

Profile sought

• Basic mechanical knowledge required
• Knowledge of Costar software is an asset
• 1 year of experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Salary
