Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their needs regarding new vehicles.
  • Present and explain the technical features, benefits, and options of the different models we offer.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, proposing customized solutions.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives with customers.
  • Work closely with the financing department to offer the best options to customers.
  • Keep your product knowledge up to date and stay on top of automotive market trends.
  • Meet the established sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Competencies and Requirements:

  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong listening skills and customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license.
