Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice)

Mega Kia Brossard, a Kia dealership located at 8650 Blvd Taschereau in Brossard, Quebec, is expanding and looking for an apprentice wheel alignment mechanic to join its dynamic team.

Job Description You will join a professional team dedicated to the maintenance and repair of new and used Kia vehicles. Under the supervision of experienced technicians, you will actively participate in diagnosis, repairs, and adjustments, with particular emphasis on wheel alignment and mechanical and electronic systems. You will contribute to preparing vehicles for testing, reactivation, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics in diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance of vehicles.
• Participate in replacing parts and adjusting mechanical and electronic systems.
• Contribute to wheel alignment and alignment adjustments according to specifications.
• Prepare vehicles for testing and road tests under supervision.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety of the workshop.
• Document interventions in internal systems and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Profile Sought

• CPA card from Montreal required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field (or equivalent training) required.
• Strong interest in alignment and automotive technical interventions.
• Ability to work day shifts and finish on Fridays at 2:30 p.m.
• Team spirit, rigor, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a constantly expanding environment.
• Availability to work in an air-conditioned and renovated workshop.
