Automotive Beauty Technician

Boucherville Body Shop is recognized for the quality of its repairs and its excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and meticulous person to join our team as an automotive aesthetics attendant. You will directly contribute to providing our customers with a clean, impeccable vehicle ready for delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform a complete cleaning of the interior and exterior of vehicles after bodywork and painting.
• Wash, dry, and wipe down vehicles using appropriate techniques and products.
• Vacuum carpets, seats, and compartments; clean windows, plastics, dashboards, and other interior surfaces.
• Perform finishing work, including cleaning polishing residue, paint, and handling marks.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery according to the company's quality standards.
• Inspect the general condition of vehicles and report any anomalies or imperfections before handing them over to the customer.
• Safely move vehicles within the workshop, yard, and parking areas.
• Keep workspaces, equipment, and tools clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Use cleaning products and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with bodywork, painting, mechanical, and customer service departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and quality-focused work environment.

Profile Sought

• Experience in automotive aesthetics, car washing, or a similar position (an asset).
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• Good physical condition and ability to work standing up as well as handle cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Punctuality, reliability, and independence.
• Valid driver's license (class 5) required.
