Sales Secretary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Sales Secretary to strengthen our sales team at Decarie Motors Jaguar Land Rover Bentley & Aston Martin, based in Montreal. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and a strong affinity with the high-end automotive industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer data in the CRM, follow up on leads, and generate operational reports on sales activity.
• Maintain file archiving and organization, prepare supporting documentation, and contribute to the optimization of administrative processes.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience, ideally in the automotive industry or within a sales team.
• Excellent command of French; English is an asset and bilingualism is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); knowledge of billing and document management software.
• Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy.
• Discretion, reliability, and professionalism; ability to operate in a premium environment and communicate with demanding clients.
• Team spirit and good stress management, with a solution-oriented attitude.
