HGrégoire Nissan Blainville is currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who will be responsible for motivating and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales advisors in closing transactions;
• Participate in training new sales advisors;
• Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
• Write reports on the progress made by interns or new sales advisors during their training and probation periods;
• Help the sales manager set aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for each sales advisor;
• Collaborate in designing improvement programs for sales advisors who are struggling to meet their goals;
• Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealers;
• Approve transactions at the request of your supervisor;
• Stay informed about new products, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or financial institutions;
• Substitute for the sales manager if absent;
• Maintain a client development system;
• Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.
• Get involved in transactions primarily and close deals.
• Follow up with salespeople.

Desired Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sales field;
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to effectively communicate with our English and French-speaking clients.
• Experience in management in the automotive field;
