Job Description

Your role is to assist our clients in finalizing their purchase or leasing project. As an expert in financing and protection solutions, you play a strategic role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty among our high-end clientele.

Your main responsibilities:

Expert Advice: Offer financing, leasing options, and insurance products tailored to the specific needs of clients. Protection Sales: Present extended warranties and Volvo’s aesthetic and mechanical protection programs. Administrative Management: Ensure meticulous follow-up of credit files with financial institutions and verify contract compliance. Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador by explaining manufacturer policies and creating lasting trust.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) in an automobile dealership (luxury experience is a plus). Suppliers: LGM product range is an asset. Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, administrative rigor, and team spirit. Software: PBS is a major asset, Activix, Google Suite. License: Valid driver's license required. Languages: Proficiency in French and English (essential to serve our diverse clientele in Saint-Léonard).
