• Main responsibilities:

• Carry out work procedures as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership;

• Conduct repairs on vehicles;

• Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction;

• Maintain close communication with the service consulting team when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed timelines;

• Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;

• Perform road tests to ensure quality control of the work done. Training(s) Qualifications and required skills:

• Two years of experience (or more) as a mechanic;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong teamwork work ethic;

• Hold a competency card issued by the Automotive Joint Committee!
