We are looking for a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Laurentides. If you are passionate about automobiles and have significant experience in the field of parts sales, we would love to meet you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and advising customers on Volkswagen parts and accessories.
• Assessing customer needs to recommend suitable products.

• Working closely with after-sales service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while being autonomous in managing your tasks.
• Good computer skills for using inventory management systems.
