Sales Consultant

Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, you will play a key role in guiding our customers throughout the buying process, from discovering their needs to vehicle delivery and after-sales service. You will be part of a dynamic team within Tremblay Auto Groupe, representing the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving the dealership's sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to propose the most suitable solutions
• Present new Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and answer technical questions
• Develop and present financing and warranty offers in collaboration with the financing team
• Use CRM and sales tools to follow up on opportunities, maintain customer relations, and close transactions
• Coordinate with Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Meet monthly sales objectives and actively contribute to the dealership's revenue
• Follow up after sales, build customer loyalty, and develop a client portfolio
• Comply with internal procedures, brand image standards, and regulatory requirements

Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in automobile sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Listening skills, advisory ability, and service orientation
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset
• Comfortable with computer tools (CRM, sales software, office suite)
• Valid driver's license and availability for flexible hours, including weekends
• Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and motivation to reach goals
