Job Description

• Lead financial activities related to customer credit, with a focus on second and third chance programs, and coordinate the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize financing options and related products.
• Analyze financial results and establish forecasts to support performance and growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with credit practices, documents, and internal processes.
• Supervise and train the team involved in credit activities and the promotion of financial products, fostering a customer-centered approach.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the credit field, with specialization or knowledge of second and third chance programs.
• Experience in selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
