Sales Representative - New - Toyota of Boucherville

We are seeking two dynamic and passionate Sales Advisors to join our team at Toyota of Boucherville in the new vehicle department. You will play a key role in our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience while advising clients on their needs regarding Toyota vehicles.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers in choosing their vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and responding to their questions professionally.
• Present the features and advantages of different Toyota models, including certified pre-owned vehicles.
• Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle's lifecycle.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies and Toyota products.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
