Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join the Capitale Chrysler Québec team, a member of the Groupe Laplante Auto. You will be responsible for mechanical and technical interventions on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with quality standards, manufacturer procedures, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct test drives and diagnostics using specialized equipment and software.
- Read and interpret diagrams, reports, and technical documentation.
- Plan and organize interventions in collaboration with the service team.
- Maintain technical records and document completed interventions.
Profile Sought:
- Training in automotive mechanics (diploma or equivalent training).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive mechanics.
- Knowledge of electronic systems and computer-assisted diagnostics.
- Team spirit, service-mindedness, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license; availability to intervene as needed according to operational requirements.
- Good analytical skills, time management, and understanding of safety procedures.
