Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Advisor to join our team at 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. As a key member of our after-sales service, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose mechanical issues of vehicles using specialized equipment and computer systems.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs and recommend appropriate supplemental services.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs.
  • Keep up to date with automotive trends and technologies to stay informed about industry best practices.
  • Professionally and proactively manage customer complaints, ensuring their needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in automotive technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of GM vehicles and computer diagnostic systems would be an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
