Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers on Subaru parts and accessories, providing detailed information to assist them in their decision-making process.
• Manage parts sales transactions, ensuring a smooth purchasing process and a positive experience for the customer.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions regarding their purchases.
• Collaborate with the technical team and other departments to ensure that parts needs are met, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain parts inventory by placing orders and efficiently managing stock.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in sales or automotive fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with customers.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly those associated with the Subaru brand.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
