Delivery clerk

Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Delivery Clerk to ensure the delivery of sold vehicles and accompany our customers to the key handover. This position involves having the documents signed and explaining the vehicle's features.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain the required signatures
• Clearly explain the vehicle's features and operations, answer customer questions during delivery, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Ensure compliance with delivery procedures and internal policies
• Maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to customer loyalty

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in coordinating automotive deliveries/sales
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
• Ability to clearly and pedagogically explain the features and functions of vehicles
• Organization, attention to detail, and team spirit
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
