🎯 THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry • Excellent customer service approach • Ability to communicate professionally and listen to customers • Demonstrate autonomy, judgment, and resourcefulness • English communication: an asset • Knowledge of Gem-Car, AllData, or ShopKey software: a significant advantage

🔧 YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Welcome customers and analyze their needs carefully • Advise and sell appropriate repairs and maintenance • Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and general condition, while respecting manufacturer recommendations • Open work orders, prepare estimates, complete files, and handle billing • Follow up on work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
