Service Advisor

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Advisor at Alex Pneu & Mécanique, a trusted company established for 45 years on the Plateau Mont-Royal. We are looking for a passionate automotive professional with three years of experience in the field to play a key role within our team. We have 16 service bays, so we need someone capable of delivering the merchandise!

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise our customers on their mechanical needs and tire installation.
• Propose solutions based on diagnostics provided by the mechanics.
• Order the required parts for the job (it's not like at a dealership. With us, parts orders are handled by technical advisors).
• Follow up on customer maintenance, tire storage, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Knowledge of the Costar system is a significant advantage.
• Team spirit, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for automobiles and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to understand technical problems and interact with customers professionally.
