Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and attentively, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Present new and used Kia vehicles, highlight their advantages, and answer technical questions.
  • Conduct demonstrations and coordinate test drives, explaining options, warranties, and associated services.
  • Prepare and present financing and credit proposals, and handle sales documents meticulously.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to internal policies and the dealership’s standards.
  • Follow up with after-sales customers, foster loyalty, and develop the client portfolio through proactive interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with service, finance, and marketing teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Keep the sales area clean and professional, adhering to safety and compliance procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum experience: 1 year in sales; preference for experience in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to listen and advise.
  • Team spirit, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients/prospects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in French; English is a plus. CRM and office tool skills preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for weekday hours; flexibility during busy periods and commitment to customer satisfaction.
